First, I work with my clients to understand the current challenges they are facing in their organization as well as broader goals they hope to achieve as a person. After we establish these goals, we will structure our subsequent sessions around specific topics that enable us to make progress towards these goals. Potential topics include: technical strategy, improving product and engineering collaboration, quality decision making, technical recruiting, building strong executive relationships, and more!

    I recommend we start with a 3-month period. During this time, we will meet every week for a one-hour session. This provides a great opportunity for you to get a sense of how I coach and how well we accomplish your goals.

    If you already know you want to work with me for longer, I am open to setting up a longer engagement to better support you.

    I work with technical founders and CEOs with technical backgrounds at early-stage companies. You are passionate, driven, and want to grow both as an individual and a leader. The process of building a company is a uniquely challenging opportunity. I have a great appreciation for the multifaceted nature of the role.

  • How much does coaching cost?

    My base rate is $3000 per month. This can be adjusted depending on how we structure the engagement.
